Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of establishing or maintaining a business relationship between you and CLIP GROUP S.A., as well as for the direct marketing of the company’s products or services.

Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, provided that you have given your consent to receive such information.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Scope of Processed Data

The categories of personal data processed include data provided directly by you or submitted on your behalf. For the purposes indicated above, we may process the following personal data:

first name, last name, address details, PESEL number, tax identification number (NIP), identity document data, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, payment history and data relating to your vehicles.

Data Recipients

Recipients of your personal data may include employees of CLIP GROUP S.A., entities supporting the Controller in its business operations, including outsourcing service providers, entities affiliated with the Controller in Poland and abroad, as well as public authorities where required by law.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the last event that may give rise to potential claims. In certain cases, this period may be extended if required by applicable law.

The retention period for data processed for accounting and tax purposes will comply with applicable legal regulations. After the retention period expires, the data will be deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data where processing is based on your consent.

Provision of Personal Data

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data may prevent us from entering into a contract with you.

Providing certain data, such as a telephone number or e-mail address, is voluntary and failure to provide it will not prevent the conclusion of a contract; however, it may limit our ability to contact you via these channels.
